Core Healing Mirror exercise:
Mirror exercise is a powerful way to affirm yourself & all the parts of you through looking into your eyes and speaking. It’s also a way to directly connect with your inner child.
Instructions:
Look directly into your eyes, breathe deeply and give yourself the gift of words you deeply wish/need to hear. You can do this while holding your hand on your heart and expressing some loving and empowering affirmations.
Allow the words to sink in.
This practice has a huge impact on many areas of your life if done daily.
Some examples of self-affirmations:
I’m learning to love you
I’m willing to take care of you
I love how thoughtful/caring/sincere you are
I am worthy of love
I am enough
I am exactly who I need to be in this moment
It’s okay for me to feel scared
It’s okay for me to feel sad
It’s okay for me to feel awkward
I love how unique my body is
I am beautiful
I am whole
I can embrace my fears
I am fierce and strong
I trust in my natural wisdom
I am open and receptive
I believe in myself
I am healing
