Core Healing Mirror exercise:

Mirror exercise is a powerful way to affirm yourself & all the parts of you through looking into your eyes and speaking. It’s also a way to directly connect with your inner child. 

Instructions: 

Look directly into your eyes, breathe deeply and give yourself the gift of words you deeply wish/need  to hear. You can do this while holding your hand on your heart and expressing some loving and empowering affirmations. 

Allow the words to sink in. 

This practice has a huge impact on many areas of your life if done daily.

Some examples of self-affirmations:

  • I’m learning to love you

  • I’m willing to take care of you

  • I love how thoughtful/caring/sincere you are

  • I am worthy of love

  • I am enough

  • I am exactly who I need to be in this moment

  • It’s okay for me to feel scared

  • It’s okay for me to feel sad

  • It’s okay for me to feel awkward

  • I love how unique my body is

  • I am beautiful

  • I am whole

  • I can embrace my fears

  • I am fierce and strong

  • I trust in my natural wisdom

  • I am open and receptive

  • I believe in myself

  • I am healing
